《2016年国际商业公司法》（“法”）第286条，根据该法案注册成立的QTS技术服务有限公司（“公司”）自愿清盘，IBC注册号为134298，现任命福建省长汀县濯田镇巷头村巷头街45号王乃华作为公司的清算人，并于2022年3月9日开始根据《2016年国际商业公司法》第XVII部分第二部分的规定，开始公司自愿清盘和解散。

VOLUNTARY WINDING UP OF QTS TECHNICAL SERVICES CO., LTD (the “Company”), which is incorporated under the Act with IBC registration no. 134298

Notice is hereby given of the appointment of Wang Naihua of No.45, Xiangtou Street, Xiangtou Village, Zhuotian Town, Changting County, Fujian Province, China. as the Company’s liquidator and of the commencement of the Company’s voluntary winding up and dissolution under Sub-Part II of Part XVII of the International Business Companies Act 2016 on 9 March 2022.
